The controller drawing shows breaker size range, IF it has one of those controls. Other schematics show fuses as you described on individual batteries, but I don't see an AMP rating.

yea - there you go!! ..that's essentially what I have been doing - upgrades to what is there.. some things just aren't good enough for my taste

Wiring is what separates the good Mopars the the Great Mopars. IMO

O HELL no! Wiring harness are all new, just has some added on wiring. Need to get that crap figured out and resolved.

More or less, Get stereo out of there and all that wiring, then see what is what

if you don't anticipate riders in the back - you can put a set of speakers either on the floor or even on the back seat OR doesn't that have a rollbar?

No roll bar, I am going to build it a cruiser, not going to drag race it. Change out wheels for wider rubber on the front, front roll bar back on it, ETC. Back seat area is the only place to put speakers but how is the question.
