Mark that is good news and that's a big accomplishment, I never tried to lose weight but I expect my Dr. is going advise me to. How did you do it?
I Cut out processed sugars and carbs, and heavy starches. no breads, cakes, cookies candies, potatoes chips and the basic junk foods. Just eating smarter and healthier. Portion control is a big factor for me also. Oh and lots of walking!
 
well a positive update: as some of you know I have been on light doody since February due to a knee injury. Went to knee specialist A few weeks ago and he said that knee replacement was not an option for me due to the nature of my work. He recommended a cortisone shot and prescription an anti-inflammatory. He also said I'm already doing the best thing by losing weight, (80lbs since Feb 18th). So now 3 weeks later and I am back to full doody and pain free so far!
80Lbs. betcha feel like a new man!:thumbsup: that's no small feat.
 
Good evening folks! Long day today. It seems that when I take a day off, I get 3 times as much work to do that all has to be done today. :BangHead:

At least I got it all done and the next 3 days everyone else is off too...so they should leave me alone...maybe.
