Stop in for a cup of coffee

That is the usual, there is a freaking clause if you got hurt on AT that they have to keep you on at till it is resolved, look up Title? 51 something in the medical regs, they hate it when you find it so it make the process go faster, usually get you a appointmentt at the VA asap.

99% of the time they send you home so there is no lodging costs so work is not a issue.

I doubt you want to hear this but this might be your out, just do not sign **** without consulting JAG first and insist on the early retirement benefits, goes by your points accured.

Yeah I know. This unit is too fucked up for that. That's ok. Since they wanna play that game, I pulled the regs that state I'm to participate in no physical activities until seen by a doctor after the injury is reported. I won't be lifting a damn thing or participating in any more marches or runs.

Yeah mike, dave and Karl pretty much said the same thing last night. I don't want out . Too much unfinished business. But if it comes to that, I should have enough documentation to prove to the VA this **** happened in duty. I just don't like the idea of handing over my entire life's medical records.

My local doc actually pulled up my medical stuff, all active, guard and va, I almost fell over, Thank Hillary for that one.

My problem Ray is that I'll be losing the retirement pension and I feel like the whole 12 years have been a waste if I push this

Ok, which one of you a-holes keep posting as I'm trying to click the smiley icon to get the emoji list showing, then the ["messages have been posted since you loaded this page. Not if you get a medical discharge, one way you get it right away the other is at 60, I am unfortunately the later. Hey you really have to read better!:poke::poke:

I don't have enough points. From what I was told, 15 years is what I need to be considered for that.

You could have one, Go talk to the base JAG, they have to give you the info. 15 is early out.
