Yes. I have a lumbar strain and a tear on my right side about 2-3 inches beneath my shoulder blade. You can actually see the muscle bulging out, kind of freaking.
I got prescribed a couple things but she said it'd take a couple days before I started feeling the difference

She actually advised me against heat and ice and to go to a chiropractor and then to a deep tissue massage
I used to love going in the Pavehawks I used to fix, the only one that sucked was a ride from CA to NY, took two days, that got old fast.

Good morning folks! My first day of vacation has started well. Did the yearly report for our "community association" (?) a week early so I won't have to sweat over it when we're in Croatia in two weeks. We break or fiscal year on June 30:th.
Yes might be a good idea, I know I had access to all the facebook stuff with a password when I was in to check on the Minions, man did they post some dumb crap.
