So others with my combo get higher vacuum readings and I can only pull about 13.5-14 while tuning the carb. Now if I twist the distributor to increase my initial I'll get a higher reading around 15 + which is what others are getting. But I think that Im at about 24-26* initial at that point. Timing I get but obviously I dont get it at all.

Rhoades lifters will help a little with MPG...

Detonation will only occur if your advance exceeds the available fuel and you are running lean. It's not about what you add so much as when you add it. More advance just needs more fuel so it can use it efficiently across the curve. This is why it's a balance between A/F ratio and ignition timing to get the acceleration curve optimized.

Racing is about WOT, street driving is about all throttle positions, RPMs and engine loads.

What cam are you running and what is the manufacturers recommended advance curve?

With 9:1 compression and 93 octane fuel, the 360 magnum engine can take 50° total advance if the A/F ratio is correct across the timing curve.

"I wrote software that included code that allowed me to understand or technically predict winning numbers, and I gave those numbers to other individuals who then won the lottery and shared the winnings with me," Tipton said when asked by Judge Brad McCall to explain what he did.

Tipton, 54, said that when he wrote the code, he believed he was taking advantage of a loophole in the random number software and he didn't think it was illegal.

Investigators say Tipton installed code that let the computers work as should on all but three days of the year — May 27, Nov. 22 and Dec. 29 — when they would produce predictable numbers if the drawings occurred on Wednesdays or Saturdays after 8 p.m.

honestly think I'm just slightly dehydrated - did some yard work when I got home yesterday and it was very humid out - didn't get enough H2O in me
 
That will indeed make us tired and go tosleep and not get the water back in us we need, cutting grass eh could be pollen and dehydrated at the same time :poke:
