Stop in for a cup of coffee

Was going through the RB cores yesterday running numbers and tagging them, found a 65, 427 4bbl AT/MT think that one will be built next!
nice! that should fetch a few bucks. did you ever figure out exactly what the one I sent you was/is? (I still think it was a 73 340)

No he is going up Sat morning, I asked Mitch if I could come up tomorrow so I can recoupe a day. So prob leave tomorrow and I also want to look at another test set kind of on the way.

It was a LA just had the casting numbers on it sometimes they match the dist number most do not, I thought I posted it? Been a while.

That distributor is a odd ball not a dual point bet it is for a wedge, that was all my book said about it.

I am starting to find out I need a book that goes back to 1960 or earlier, I have 64-74 then a 70-80, the old AC Delco parts books have the dist #'s and advance rates mechanical and vac in them, cannot find a earlier one though.

maybe you'll find something at Carlisle...

I have a load of ones done right now, really need to just post a list of them. I Might bring a load to Carlisle and see what happens. E bay fees are getting stiff, then Paypal takes a chunk also. That is starting not to be a option, been selling/rebuilding a bunch from members on FBBO lately. FCBO also has the numbers guys.

The shelf I put in the loft pretty much has two rows high on eaco of the four shelves, stopped doing slants, no one really wants them and have a bunch done, seems like 69-71 B and RB is whats hot right now. Finally found a ultrasonic cleaner so it is on its way, basically it has been paying for itself so far.

fees are why I have stopped selling on Ebay - anything under $50 just isn't worth it. I sold that car dolly I had on there to a local guy - then we agreed to cancel the sale - saved me a bunch of $$. :D

I definitely find deals there, but your right selling is just becoming out of reach, I prob won a 1940's sun motor tester for 150, and the guy will drop it at Fastenal so another 100 to get it here pretty good deal, cabinet to me restored is 500, and I have seen the tester going for 2500-4500 all the time selling.

was talking to Ron yesterday he went to the Chevy nationals a few weeks ago said it sucked, it was 1/4 of what the mopar Nats pull in.

I am thinking with these machines get them restored and get a booth at Carlisle to sell them probably would go fast in that scenereo.

Good morning Mike and Hop's, our 4th was protected with a rain at 2 and got the tree's and grass wet so I did not worry about wild fires last night, last couple years it has be crazy dry and we kept the fire DP busy.
Hop's I hope your back gets to feeling better, maybe some good cooking and a couple days relaxing at Mitch'es place will help before everyone get's there this weekend bub, ol Mitch put's some great food together early in the mornings I think
