The one on the driver's side. go to the top two on the far driver's side....

Look at the screen caps and what I circled in your thread...
Oh you mean these two the ones that are missing?

Go to page 8-113 in the 68 Plymouth service manual and it looks like the horn relay should be near the driver side kick panel.. or could have been shoved up near the dash or floor?

It looks like it should be near the fuse block somewhere...

OK I found the horn relay next to the fuse box like you said.
I tested it, when I give the black wire "ground" the horn goes off but it does not from the column.
so I took the column apart and found this I believe this part is broken?
I found the spring and the roller laying on the bottom inside the column and I put that back in but I think this wire goes on the back can it be fixed?

There he goes..................................................................................................................

I messed up and dozed off sitting in the living room when I got in the cool air. So a 20 min power nap and I'm ready for another day.:BangHead: I have sleep /insomnia issues. Pain wakes me up.

The heat kept me in and out all day, go outside water tomatoes and Japanese maples and azaleas, back inside to 80 degrees (feels like 60) to cool off, take a walk to the mail box and a friends pulls up and needs help pushing a mower (new one) on a trailer to take it to get fixed, back in to cool down, pass out for an hour then wake up to someone at the door, my son said he was going to go look at his truck, I leave with him and end up in a nice cool shop enjoying a couple cold ones and for getting my meds, so back home and ... well thats the gest of my day, slept 7 hours and here I am.. Good morning

It was definitely HOT in the shop yesterday, tell you what the pond felt great in the afternoon!
