How is your hand doing bro, I was telling Tony and Thelma about it

My hand is still hanging off the end of my arm....

The hand is coming along pretty good... I have 98% of my range of movement back and it is getting better as far as the pain and stiffness...

I have been able to lift heavier and heavier things... I lifted a car battery about a week ago which was a good sign... I'm getting better with the compound movements like twisting a door knob and pulling the front door open... It's a little tight and needs more of a pull than the inside doors because of the weather strip and stuff... I have been able to use my hand on that door lately also...

It's almost there, but I still have a little pain and some stiffness... If I over work it, it will get stiff for a while, so I know it's not 100% yet, but I'm not sure how long it's going to take to get there...

My two month follow up appointment should be coming soon, I'm not sure if I should go early this week, or later to see if any more of the stiffness will get better...

I would like to get clearance to go back to work...

My brother was saying to just act like everything's ok at the doctor so I can get my clearance...

I can still do my job as it is right now... I will just have to not push it too much to where it hurts and gets stiff...

I used it the other day to move an 8 3/4 axle around with one of the boys and it was ok... Got a little stiff afterwards, but it didn't have any sharp pain when I had it lifted with my hand...

Well got that test set all bench checked and assembled yesterday, something went veddy veddy wrong, smoked dumbething bad on the tach/dwell side of it and it went out, worked great on the bench. Hell the scope works great on the car though along with the exhaust gas tester on the pop!

I had to get another girl, because the one that I usually get broke her hand.... :BangHead:


I'm just getting off mine, and she's just going out with hers.... :realcrazy:
 
Have you dun some repetition (allot of moving) with it yet ? my wrists and shoulders do fin until I grab a screw driver and removing screw or using a pair of pliers for over 20 seconds, I lock up.. a door knob is a good therapy and that was what my doc put me ta doing after my shoulder repair surgery

I'm not sure if pushing it till it hurts is helping or holding it back...

But I've been trying to keep it on the edge... Seeing how far I can push it...
