Know a guy with a hot tank, may talk to him about giving it a bath.
Then i need to figure out the cam bearing thing.

Oh I was wondering. Just know what my buddy went through, a full-time engine builder, when he re-built my SBC 400. I'll admit you all here have forgotten more than I know about engines and how they work.

I just noticed Kansas ....I am from Colorado so I am in the MT time zone
Cool, as a kid I lived in Colorado Springs (Dad at Ft Carson), have friends in the Denver area. Wife went out to the Stedman Clinic (Vail) for hip surgery a couple times. Seen the Denver area has a couple MOPAR events.

C Springs is an awesome city .....I like going there for shopping and some good Pick-A- Part places

I have been picking up die cast tractors ....these things are kinda fascinating.

I saw a Famall 460 and I am actually noticing tractors around now .....

you can pick up a running, decent shape one of those around here for CHEAP. like under a grand cheap

I am way too little to ever operate something like that ....and I don't need any more expensive hobbies so I am sticking to the die cast versions :)

nah. They're not hard at all. No joke, I was driving them at 6 years old weighing less than 60 pounds

I hope hes ok.
Didnt he have a bunch of snow to deal with?

Or maybe he got hit by a distributor that had a live capacitor in it and is laid up  JJ Hops

even tho .....it would be nice to have one around with a fork lift option to lift engines and heavy stuff.

I borrowed a wrecker from my uncle one time and lifted a 383 right out of a parts car .....CONVEINENT!!!!

if I can do it ...anyone can :)

My 1952 cockshutt 40 has power steering, its like driving a bus. With 5’ tall wheels..
Handy old machine.

I had a stand with an I-beam and a framework to pick engines with my power wagon. Was a handy setup. Off-road shop crane. Would lift 1000 lbs, sketchy but it did it.
