There is a closed down dodge dealership in the next town,i e mailed the guy selling stuff off about autopar parts books.
Will also talk to a buddy of his, see if i can get a look at what he has.
To think i could of had an entire microfiche library from the 60’s up until it became obsolete. 25 years ago.
 
Well Mike, that’s an incredibly hard image to restore.

im not sure there is such a thing for you Dave. I thought that Half-track, B17 one would be a major challenge for you but it appears you pulled it off GREAT
 
can someone explain to me how a lady can have 7 kids and still not have gained a pound yet i eat a slice of pizza and gain 15...:BangHead::wtf: ran into an old friend from highschool this evening, she's got 7 kids now, all of her own and she looks the same as she did in highschool. Thanks, I have been doing images like this for the past 12 years. I have gotten pretty good at it over time. Of course, doing over 20,000 images during that time has helped too...LOL!

It’s because your metabolism is fubar. You need to fix it to make it normal again.

It’s a simple equation. Increase your physical activity by 500 calories per day. Increase your food intake by 300 calories per day at the same time. In one year, your metabolism will reset itself.

The body needs to learn that energy consumption has increased but also that caloric intake has at the same time. It will stop trying to store fat and build muscle instead, knowing that food is always available. It will find its equilibrium and settle in. You will also lose 1/2 lb per week of fat along the way.

It really isn’t that hard.

hmm i'll give it a shot. How long before I notice an energy level boost? that's my biggest issue.

Between 3-6 months...but it will be gradual. You will most likely realize how much better you feel after 6 months. It’s a long process to get there...but it was also a long process to get to where you are now.

You have to stick to it and make it happen.
 
Used to be i could walk for miles. Ride my bike all day with no trouble.
A ride to town -5 miles would be a huge task.
Guess i should take the motor off,and start pedaling it again.
A work injury and a heart attack and energy level is greatly diminished.
Long periods of recovery is the biggest setback.
