I will be going for sure though. I'll be there that Saturday morning, first thing. Probably bring the Gator like last time.

Mine points towards the firewall. So the hose off the oil cap like the one pictured, has to go and curve back to connect to the air breather.
The one pictured, points towards the front of the engine and looks like it should to me.
I wasn't sure if I could loosen it, turn it, and poxy, or glue it and do a little paint touch-up.
Any thoughts??

It cannot be moved, without messing it up. Bad news is the air cleaner housing you have is incorrect for your car. IMO.:thumbsup:

hmm last time, they wouldn't let me rent one ahead of time. They must have changed that

Wrong how?? So what's it suppose to have?
Guess every other 67 383 air breather pic I've seen with the same air cleaner was wrong??...lol.
Problem with A-Bodies very little or no restoration information.
You can buy B and E bodies, but nothing for A bodies.
 
And my bad mine does NOT have a single snorkel.
Posting before sufficient coffee this morning....my fault.
Just a round one Tim....that the one your thinking of??
