Are you putting the Barracuda in the show?
Yep it will be there, either the showfield or one of the buildings.
Guy in charge of the display buildings was interested in the car have to wait and see.

Nice weather here this morning. Just everythings soaked from last nights downpour(s). Spent most of the night at work chasing roof leaks. Putting out buckets and trash cans. Hung a tart with drain hose for one over a press...
Looks like lots more T-storms the next week or so.

Heres your problem!!

If you are using it as transportation, your showfield spot is parking. They still want you in early and not move till end of day, but not as difficult to get in/out as crowded vendor area usually. Cheaper than a vendor spot... If in a building, I would guess it needs to be there sooner and not move till the show is over. Mitch had one inside a few years ago, could prob give more info how that goes. @MOPARMITCH

Yep your right. Barracuda will be parked on the show field, and drive to back and forth those days to the trailer at the Barracks.
The cheap rental will be at the vendor spot, and used for day to day transportation .

Well guys, I'm out for a while. Time to trim some bushes before it gets too warm and sticky. (did I say bush, warm, and sticky?)

I did a few yesterday. And mowed half the grass. Thinking about getting out there in a bit and do some more. For now, I am still hooked up to my coffee IV. :)

Hmm. Who in here is the resident 3rd gen hemi guru? I'm drawing a blank if it was Dave or Ray...

That is the thing with engineered trusses, when they are loaded beyond there design load limits, they just say "see Ya". Catastrophic failure is not far behind..

Mother F$$K, just got my schedule for 2019, gonna have to ask to make up my training dates in July next year if I want to go to Carlisle. :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::BangHead:

They also took opening weekend of deer season from me this fall. :mob::mad::mob::mad::mad:

So, you thought the grass was greener, but you were looking at painted concrete.

I use to think they did opening day on purpose. I always made that weekend up.
When I was CO we did a few MUTA 5's and didn't drill in July. Gave people a few extra weeks for vacation.
I know made sense....what was I thinking.

So I am trying to devise a way to get my '69 and the family to "the show" next year. My wife wont sleep in the truck or on the ground.....HMMMM. And there is my 83 year old mother in law....another issue there.....Thinking maybe a toy hauler, or a Camper and a car trailer......OR just come by myself,,,,,,save tons of money.....HMMMM
Just bought a fifth wheel trailer for the mother in law, has her own bedroom and bathroom in the rear....No way they will let me trade that in....Maybe....
