Well that cuda is finally kicking my ***, the front drums are so rusted on I cant get them off, even drilled out the hold down springs! I have a guy that wants the hubs. Any ideas short of a torch? I don't have one here.

Hey has any one ever seen the forward look symbol on a 68 part? Have a 68 slat Distrib I am doing and it has it cast on the housing? Just a leftover? should be 55-61 I think

I have no idea but with you stripping the cuda….I am starting to strip the tee boned dart. Should I keep the slant 6? 7 1/4?
 
Put up a add, there are people looking for them on occasion ask $150 picked up.
Ley me get a picture weird one thought they were 61-64 only?
 
See if a member close to you has a drum puller. Old school tool that never fails

I have one and cant find it! Big sucker you hit with a 5 pound hammer. Think my mechanic borrowed it a while ago that is on my list today to call him!

I had to split the drums on my dart,cut through the part that contacts the shoes. Then they will spread.
 
Loaned mine out to my cousin in Wisconsin over 4yrs ago and haven’t seen it since. Bought another

you mean people actually want 9 inch drums ?? I need to clean my barn out...I know I had a stack in there just from being a pack rat
 
The drums were stuck bad on the dart,linings were rusted to the drum. I thought the diff was siezed, but it wasnt. Which was good news as it is a sure grip.
I beat the crap out of the drums and they wouldnt budge.
In all my years i have never had to cut off brake drums.
 
Same here usually pop the hold down pins and it come off. This was a foot in the mud for years no idea what I will find in there. All four are like this.
