LOL! Pizza night might be tomorrow. Looks like a rainy day again.

I’m down 30 lbs so far and plan to keep the program going until I lose another 70...and then keep it off permanently.

It’s just a crap gimmick. IDK if it’s safe or not, but I wouldn’t use it.

Weight loss is a simple formula...burn more calories than you consume and DON’T make the difference more than 500 calories per day or you will totally mess up your metabolism.

I hold to a steady 350 calorie per day difference on average, resulting in an approximately 3 lb per month weight loss.
 
Went and checked in on my mom.
Its 90 in her house.
Doesent like air conditioning. Wont have any part of it.
She was outside pulling weeds in this heat. 85 years old. Went inside and wasnt feeling well. Calls ambulance. Drinks water and starts cooling off. Feels better. Ambulance shows up and checks vitals and she is improving. Ok no hospital.
I told her she was a dumbass and to let the damdelions grow.

No point bringing over an air conditioner, will just turn it off.

Can’t fix stubborn...

Sucks though...this is why old people die in heat waves. They don’t feel it like younger folks do, and by the time they do it is often too late.

Oh man. I think things are going to change around here. Mother in law is asking about the health care here. She may be considering moving to town. From alberta.
Maybe both moms can share a house. Watch shtf now...
Fly to albera,rent u-haul and move her to manitoba. Fun.

Glad she's ok. My mother, 78 years old, does the same after 2 knees and a hip. On her hands and knees out at the mailbox planting marigolds.:BangHead:

all work and no F_BO makes Rainy a dull girl.

I am now on FCBO and FBBO regularly. The C-body guys are grumpy old men getting me to think Furiously about Mr. Belvedere who is on FBBO. Strange how none of those guys care for A-bodies.

The C-body crowd sees A's as being cheap, and the B-body crowd sees them as too small.....yet the A-body people (me) like them all
