Stop in for a cup of coffee

67 maybe I mis-understood the guy restoring my new wheel.

I found a 67 wood grain wheel aka the recall wheel.

This one came off a 67 Barracuda Formula S. Seller said his cousin bought the car new. Took this wheel off in 1986 where it stayed until I bought it. Came to me still wrapped in 86 newspaper. It was in great shape.

The second one I found was off a 67 383 Formula S car and wasn't in so good as shape. I sent it off and had it restored. It now looks very nice.

Hops is a 64.
I agree they are good looking cars. Mine is a 65.
Where ray’s is a diamond in the rough, mine is-well, i dont know what to call it. Just rough i guess.

Notice yesterday my wheel has a separation crack up where the sun would hit it all day I bet it shrank!

Just like the Chinese theme years, like "year of the cat" Or some kind of animal.....

I am calling this year of the plymouth fury. I found another one last night.

I went from never seen them around to finding 4 of them this year and buying two out of the 4.

Weird

You should be getting a few parts in a day or so. I forgot to put the bolts in, will just send you a jumbo load!

I really like the early Cuda so far, never thought I would have a running one. This one will be a decent resto and sell at Carlisle car.

That is a 67 wheel but it came in B bodies.
The dealer catalog shows it in coronet and charger but I have never seen a correct barracuda with one.

But who cares I have a woodgrain in my 63 valiant wagon.

I know Just want to get the rest done that is minor. Want it in my friends shop by Dec. He takes a while but it is well worth the wait. He is a perfectionist on body work.

Tell you what there are almost no metal available for them at all and what is is $$$$$$

Ok, got my work dun for the morning here, good morning men and ladies.
My wife has the rest of the week off so maybe I can get some help wet sanding :D

Nope went in A bodies to. Had either a Plymouth or Dodge center horn pad emblem.
An old dealer told me to never pay to much attention to the books as far as options. People ordered a car and then changed things on cars when they got to the dealer. The dealer kept the owner happy.
Funny this steering wheel is very hard to find and very expensive when you do find one. It was a one year only wheel
Buddy who sells nothing but 67-69 A bodies parts goes to 3040 shows a year says he's seen one complete.
I walked through two major shows this summer and never saw one.
If you have one hang onto it. A restored one in great shape will fetch 2K.

Yep... Another HOT one here today as well...Still waiting on parts for this Duster....

Hey Ray,
I'm actually surprised how much cooler it feels than when I went to sleep. At least there's a little breeze. I'm sure I'll be dripping and drooping once I start doing some work. Another day to work inside as much as possible.
