Stop in for a cup of coffee

Yup totally stock if possible some one painted it red it is that metallic teal originally going back to it.
I bet it was stunning new.

I don't know why people painted cars in the 80s and very poorly.

One of my 72 demons was B1 sky blue and someone painted it dark brown and it looks horrible.

My new 66 fury was painted forest green when it was originally turbine bronze met. Again, not a very good paint job was done.

Hopefully like this

LOL. My '68 Barracuda was a dark blue that came off on anything that touched it.
For many it was probably the same reason people do stuff like that today. They hear an advert for a low buck improvement that will make their old _____________ like new. Wait, its even better than new.

Did you order pre-bent lines and a safety switch/distribution block from one of the repop companies?
Yeahhh I ordered the steel lines from Summit, and they are here. But I ordered 3 brake hoses from my local supplier, and they have yet, to get the rear hose to me, been 5 days... I'm using a longer hose that i identified, online , for the rear since the tailpipe was put in the way of an original, shorter hose, that rubbed the pipe...:BangHead::BangHead::BangHead:

Very nice Hops, glad you picked it up, don't hate on the folks back in the 80'es that enjoyed these old mopars back in the day, I am sure if we all was in there shoes wearing bell bottoms and jacking them up in the rear with over size wheels and tires and rebelling as we was 16 to 18 years old  It was a good time in life , have fun and enjoy being creative :usflag: Love your Barracuda my friend

I hate when stuff like that happens.
The tailpipe business is simiular with old houses too. Some alteration or 'improvement' that now I have to work around or open up another project which people generally don't want.

Still have to find a place to stash those extra rear windows. Hate to toss them they are all date coded 64.

Man I was done with bell bottoms early 70s when I discovered how they don't mix well with riding a bicycle.
Was quite surprised to see them make a comeback in the early to mid 90s. My friend was working a bicycle shop and had to 'splain this issue to many a customer so they would be forwarned...lol

Morning to those who came in while I was out.
Coffee group was a no show.
Pouring rain here guess they though they'd melt.
