A little grinding and work at prepping window bed,finish scuffing engine bay and it hit it with epoxy primer.
Need to get a splash of paint in there before winter.

I’m going to visit my Dad tomorrow afternoon. It’s been a while since I visited.
I dread going because although I like to see him, the condition he is in always wrecks me emotionally for days after.

Just think if you take enough pills, you will fill up on pills and not eat so much... Great for weight loss...

My dad left us long ago. He passed back when i was a teenage asshole. I try to keep some communication with my son,we get along fine so far.Yeah, but you need to spend the time with him now while he's still around as he's not going to be here forever...

I have a farm stand nearby that grows it fresh 45 minutes south of here near Kankakee, IL and they truck it up here and sell it out of a barn near one of my old neighborhoods...
The corn that I had tonight was fresh picked off the stalk no later than last night...
I once got there at 4:00 PM and they just picked a fresh batch that afternoon around 1:00 PM... I got it a few hours off the stalk...
There's nothing like fresh crisp sweet corn...
We've been going there for over 30 years during season...
I try to spend time with my kids on weekends when we can because I know I'm not going to be around forever...

Bring a big pot of water to a boil,dunk cobs i think it s less than a minute. and then straight into icewater. Then freezer bags. True, but you need to understand that with his severe Alzheimer’s and a stroke that took his ability to speak 5 years ago, the visits aren’t much more than him staring at me, wondering who I am.Yeah, but you need to spend the time with him now while he's still around as he's not going to be here forever...

I go to see him because it is all that I get. He effectively died as the man I knew several years ago.
At this stage in his life, all we try to do is keep him comfortable and without pain.
Nope, watching a movie then the news. We watched "The Martian" for the second time. Great film.
