Good Morning! Hotter than a flickers nest here yesterday and now it is coming again today.
It 51. Thats nice for working outside.
Still no rain.
Thinking i need to build a planishing hammer now. That will be easy.

I ordered a bumper 2 weeks ago for my jeep, they sent me one but it got completely mangled, so it was returned and a replacement sent. Was supposed to have it Wednesday, then Friday, now next Wednesday. When I called yesterday, I was told that a hurricane had affected the transport of my replacement. I asked where it was shipping from... Pittsburgh, Pa...
We spent most of the last two days shopping and cleaning the finished basement. My daughter, her husband, and Grand daughter will all be in next weekend. Coming from their last duty station in England, on their way to Japan. They'll be staying here a month.
Told the wife to stop trying to make the basement look like the Marriot. Geez she's bought probably $500 worth of stuff, carpets cleaned, asked them for their grocery list. She tried to offer up my truck for transportation,, that was a He$$ NO.
They sent us their daily going to do list, and with all the other family, friends, side trips they really don't stay here a whole lot. I really don't mind them being here, its the prep work wearing me out....haha

I did. Even spoke to the dude's supervisor, made that supervisor pull the tapes. I have a feeling someone got fired over that BS. His supe wasn't happy. Irregardless though, my bumper is still no closer to being here. And they honestly don't know why.
I had a problem with Speedway a few years ago with a small car part. Took seven days to travel 60 miles.
Called and asked with the horse had gone down bringing it to me. The guy said huh??
Told him it took a full week to get my part to me, and it was the wrong part. He was all over it though.
I sent it back on their dime, they gave me my money back, plus sent me the right part.
That won't happen very often.

yeah, they ended up giving me a store credit, not much of one. Couple bucks worth.I didn't care about the credit, i just want my dang bumper so I stop getting pulled over. Which is what happened this morning and why this topic came up lol.
Its a holiday here too. Hope i can get my panel squared away before i go west.

RA is pretty good for that. My cobalt is a SS and the calipers are bigger than the stock ones. I need one and they sent me the stock one, returned on their dime, money refunded and sent me the right one free! I even got a Scampy magnet with it !

ive been disappointed with the magnets lately. I got some 90s lebron yesterday and a 93 civic in the box last week. Bring on the cool cars lol
