So I guess already have holes where the spotwelds were drilled out. Hopefully they all line up. Harder to weld a hole shut than just using it to attach.

That happens to me frequently. But it does seem worse some times

Not a big deal if you can get behind it. I guess if you check the whole thing for extras and close them before its attached. Get a piece of copper behind. Would really suck if one lands inside the frame channel where you cant back it up.

Thats where i go- Awww,Man....
I remember that day. A co worker brought in a tv. No customers came in the store,phones quit ringing. Everything stopped.
I will never forget that day.
For those that lost loved ones and

A friend of mine was working at the Pentagon at the time. He was home sick with the flu that day.
A piece of tig welding rod, adding extra filler shortens the chase.
Wire coat hangers used to work, i havent tried them in a while.

I always liked bailing wire/mechanic's wire for use on thin materials. The coating on coat hangers smells bad when it burns

I been know to knock the flux off of another stick of welding rod to help fill the puddle with a stick welder too

Started basketball pole removal. Got the backboard assembly down and started bustin up concrete. That's about as far as it's going for today. Gotta get ready for paid work...
