Stop in for a cup of coffee

We got the Oldsmobile title straightened out this week... Then started to get it prepped for the kid to drive Friday and the front tire had a bent tire valve... I tried to remove it and replace it with another and the housing did not all come out of the stem... when I tried to put the valve back in, it leaked.... :BangHead: :mob:

Then to top it off, it has locking lug nuts and no key for the locks.... :BangHead:

So I got the locking lug nut off yesterday and took the tire in for a new valve stem.... :D

The kid was able to test drive the car last night and is happy with it... He says that it's exactly what he needs to get back and forth to school and work... :steering:

So I also have a new air filter and new oil to change the oil and air filter... Then we can catch up with the rest of the maintenance in the next few weeks as he drives it... :steering:

Get er' done. I have a bead leak on one of the chrome clad wheels on the wifee's Buick. She is busy at work so I'll have to wait to get it fixed.
Wifes car (Journey) is leaking again. Just filled them this morning. Light goes off for low air about every week now for drivers side front losing 5-10 lbs. :BangHead: Rodney took them all off and cleaned the rims a while back. Was good for about a year. She doesn't put a lot of miles on so tires good for at least another year.

I am doing the outside. Rodney cleans the bead before putting new tires on. Never had this problem with old steelies….

Just got back from picking up the other fascia. Now there are two in my garage...:D

Ok coffee crew, what are these things called/where can I find them? The rubber insulators/mounts for the wiper motor. I’ve seen that sometimes they’re on the wiper motor when you buy them and sometimes not.

Just sold a set of Rally's to a buddy of mine for his Scamp. Looking good!

So how was everyone's weekend? Mine absolutely sucked and that's all I'm gonna say on it. Time for a beer and looking forward to Monday already!

Busy. Work at job yesterday. Getting a few things done at home today. Magnum wheels cleaned up and clear coated. Changed the 'pad' on house humidifier. Put a new gasket on the wood stove door. Should have it ready to burn in the next week or so.
I did drive the Duster over and checked out Rodney's progress. Won't be long till it hits the street -gonna be an awesome ride! 1966 Dodge Dart

Picked up a 6 of Mad Elf. I am not usually a fan of 'berry beer', but this works. Just enough cherry to be interesting.
