I bet a double Black Velvet and Sprite in a tall glass with no ice. An old favorite of mine and Fred too.
Dyphenhydramine works well too. It's just a decongestant that makes you drousy. Over the counter sleep aid.Helps disengage my brain.... Just this side of Wolfie gummies
