Good morning everyone and Happy Friday. Man this has been a long week. I am going to try dry needling on my back for my bad discs in my C3-5 area. Never tried it, so i am curious to see if it will reduce the pain.

With no other injuries to her nea now only therapy and be able to be walking in a week I believe

The biggest thing is sticking with the therapy. The more she can do and work at, the better she will recover. My Ex didn't do the therapy well, too painful and such. Didn't fully recover and paying for it now. I, busted my *** with my shoulder surgery and 2 weeks after surgery I pullled the trans out of the Demon 2 times in a week. Hard work without reinjury is key
