It grilled up nice.... I'll rub it down and set it in the fridge a few days beforehand.
Greens are so so good. Seasonal...
Everything cooked in captured bacon grease like Mom used to do.
Sauté onions and poblano peppers with two slices of bacon... add the chopped greens with a cup of chicken bullion and let it cook down on low heat for a while... hour or two.
Amazing
And...I do often get complimented on the quality of my meat Sir!

Didn’t hear that, definitely one of a kind.
Yesterday we had to check out of the resort at noon and our flight was not until 6:00 p.m.. so we went up to this Resort called Phu Quoc Grand World, just to check it out and see how it was. This place is huge and it's done in a theme of Italian and French buildings and so forth. Even has a canal in the center of it where people ride gondolas. It's only about 100 m from the ocean so people can go to the Ocean if they like. And there are many Hotels here. But there are also many tourists there. I don't really care for that. Nice place but I don't think I want to stay there. I think I will go back to the same small Resort I was at...

Two of my best hockey buddies are both alumni. We are all still buddies to this day. One was our goalie ( the weird one) the other was our Captain.
