I found a gifted bottle of green olives hiding in the fridge. Like a craft type olive mill, Bleu Cheese Stuffed. I prefer some Vodka based cocktails dirty with a little olive juice, naturally the juice from the bottle of olives is the victim. I start crafting the cocktail of choice, pour some of the preservative juice on top of the vodka and ice resting in the glass, I get an oil slick floating on the liquid in the glass. "Read the label dumbass" I says to myself. "Packed in natural olive oil" the label says to me . They are tasty little beggars though. I could mix it with Everclear and go Go Kart racing with a Yamaha 2 stroke as long as the Yamaha has the appropriate CR and the proper jetting.

I like olives in any flavor with some good cheese and crackers. Throw in some salami and a glass of wine and a good movie is the best night time snack..

Wiring again today and getting close to painting my deck lid so I am behind schedule on my nightly drink SOOO dinner is over dishes done and a nice tall glass of Black Velvet and Sprite on ice and gonna watch an old movie like maybe a Clint Eastwood any witch way but loose kinda movie.
Witch reminds me of the head biker guy in the movie I had dinner with him about 20 years ago at a church gathering. He was trying to sell everyone a machine to cure all illness. And that is true really, the guy was still a con after the movie. lol

Having some Tin Cup as well Mike I'm celebrating just got most of the wiring done on the Scamp and everything works so far and no sparks or smoke. lol

Long week. Replaced the built-in microwave and replaced the broiler element in the wall oven...along with a half dozen miracles at work in 12 hour days across 3 continents and 5 time zones.

I’m worn out. Quietly having a few cold ones while listening to the wind howl outside the garage.

I think I will sleep late tomorrow.

I like Bud they buy a lot of barley from North Dakota and been to Florida in a semi hauling to There brewery around Christmas time. Not the best beer but not the worse I've had.

I’m not a fan of Bud. It is a rice based beer and I can’t stand it. Just tastes off to me and gives me a headache.

The issue with Bud is that they use primarily rice grain which results in higher levels of Acetaldehyde. That is what causes the headaches and off flavors.

While other large scale made beers may contain some rice, the Acetaldehyde levels remain low so that the flavor isn’t affected and the resulting headaches are avoided.
