Probably a good Rye. MGP does a nice job especially with ryes. Let me look and see if it's a 95/5.
Yep 95/5. I would like to see their procedure. Rye is a sticky mess to mash. Or so I been tole'

My latest addition to my collection. It's light, sweet, mild rye, not too complex, with a medium long sweet finish. I was looking for the 10 year but of course our state wouldn't buy anything really good. But what the heck. It was only $21.

Keep an eye out at your local stores for the 10 year. I'm lookin'

Here's what the 10 year looks like. It's around $100. It's Jim Beam.

OK, I need to stop buying. I just pulled the trigger on these two. I really like Cognac and Armagnac finishes, Driftless Glen is my favorite distillery, and heck, they were on sale.

Now I have a buddy looking for a Elijah Craig Barrel Proof C923. I have a sickness! I think I'll kill some of those germs with some Larceny C923! (not the same juice) Same distillery but one has wheat and one has rye. MMMMMM frickin delicious!
