Oh that's not high octane. LOL The EC Barrel Pick is quite hot. 120 is in my comfort zone.
That bottle of 141 I had a while back was actually not that bad. But was definitely something to go at in great moderation

I like some hard ciders. We have a good craft brewery that sells some nice ones.
I picked this one out to retry. It is much better than it was a couple weeks ago. Open em' up and let them breathe. Drink them down past the shoulders on the bottle and they will start getting real tasty.

I picked up one of these after watching this YouTube video. These guys are funny and have quite a following. Dad and stepson I believe.
Got to fire up the crowd somehow. I picked up a new bottle today. It's an American Single Malt from Yellowstone. 100% malted barley, 110 proof and a single barrel pick from my buddy Dave. Notes of Honeysuckle, apple, Tootsie Roll, light oak and it finishes with light Juicy Fruit notes.
Not sure which of the Yellowstones I picked up when I was out there in the Spring... Wasn't a huge fan
I have bought a couple shelf bottles and wasn't impressed. Dave's Barrel picks were really good. 109,115, and 119 proof.
