I'm completely flabbergasted at your surprise of me taking a pass down the track! I posted hundreds of Time Slips on this forum and I'm not about to post mine first again.
And I'm glad you brought up changing your vote? Why would people vote and then change their vote? I don't think it should be possible. So we're all going to change your votes from day-to-day? That's the part that makes this uninteresting.
 
lol the fact that it take 2 cars to make a race and you both made a pass this weekend give me hope.
I'm not going to say who i voted for on the last thread, but this thread i didn't vote for either one of you. YES i'm one of the naysayers!
Even tho i have done it, i agree you should only be able to vote once and locked in.

I mean we're not electing the president here! LOL but for crying out loud at what place can you change votes? Like maybe after the race is done LOL
 
Hey triple-r is there an option for an open vote? I thought there was one where we can see who voted for who?

I'm keeping it a secret from everybody but the 10 people who voted for me. Too bad we don't know who those are and too bad we don't know who's going to jump from one side to the next as soon as Time Slips or posted?

I voted "there will be no race"... but not on your behalf. Oh no. I knew you'd go. I voted no race on account of YR... :D

I'm thinking people change their vote because you get so spun out over it. It is actually kinda funny.

I'll change my vote from you guys being full of poop when the rules and date gets posted.

"only for the best," can`t stand the over abundance of yeast in most of the others. I used to be able to tell by smell, when someone opened a yeast infected budwieser.

Perhaps I missed it but do you guys have a date and location sorted out? Summer is here and riding/racing season is upon us. We just had our track cleanup day up here in the Tundra this last weekend. Jealous of you warm weather folks already burning up the track. We have drivers meetings next weekend then it is game on! If there is an adult beverage involved I think I may have to to come watch! I only voted once. I voted spectators will have the most fun! We get to watch you boys tear you stuff up!

Well I don't think there was any secret that we talked behind the scenes using personal messages to at least agree that we will make our best effort to race this year. Also we agreed that it would probably be later like late August or something to give us plenty of time to get through our own Summers of things to do and get plenty of seat time in our cars and get comfortable with them to make the best race possible.
BUT.... Lately it seems that even I've been dropped out of the loop of what's going on? LOL
 
There is no replacement for displacement. That being said I still have a love for rhe 340.

If you remember the 302 Z28 Camaro engines those things would pull 400-425 horsepower with a cleanup blueprint.
I always thought the 340 was the Mopar version of the 302. Without spinning to 10 thousand.

They are still flirting but haven't started holding hands yet. The relationship is starting to blossom though from what I'm reading. LOL
 
This reminds me of road kill vs gas monkey.

One check writer, one builder and a lot of useless smack talk....

Just make sure you get video so we can watch.
