Summertime race announcement

He could be referring to the summer time of his life. Not necessarily one of the four seasons of the year.
Maybe he has amnesia. Or maybe he's you or split personality of you and you don't realize it.

LOL.... now it's not a matter of IF there will be a race, but WHO will yellow rose be if he was to show up and race :D
 
Well when I looked at his profile he hasn't even checked in since early Friday morning. Obviously at this point in all likelihood he's having some personal issues. I'd be hard-pressed to think that he's not joining The Forum conversation because of the stupid race or should I say conversation about one.
 
I got a new steering wheel the other day! It's out of a 1973 Dodge Dart sport. I know somebody that would be jealous of such a beauty...

the rain is just stopped here this morning. Hopefully I'll get a chance to test it out tomorrow. I've had that crappy Little Wheel on there since I can remember. Everytime it accidentally does cookies and spin circles and does the Starsky and Hutch crazy Maneuvers all on its own? That little wheel is hard to control.

How bout making the scoops on each side but different lengths?

Tall in the front and taper down at the rear.
Then roll into the filters and tie into the other scoop kinda like a cross ram look?

Or just a trim ring like I got?
Not saying this is right for you but just to prod your imagination..

I'll address that here soon and make it right with everyone. I feel at least half responsible for this. Maybe if I can get someone else by the spring to join up with me at PIR maybe we can take some passes and put on a little show and post up some time clips, some video clips, and some photos.
I just want to take it for a drive tomorrow and blow some rubber off those tires!!

No those seats are actually gold colored or yellow LOL it does match my gold engine compartment theme but the dream is to have them reupholstered in Black Diamond tuck.
 
I actually have a local friend ex coworker that used to do upholstery work and still has the equipment. I've done a lot of side work for free for him lately and telling him that I'm going to want these sheets done. I believe if I can come up with the cost of material I'll get most of the labor for free or end up having him show me how to do it!
