If this person is recording all the websites I visit and my key strokes then just log into my bank account and take everything instead of demanding and then threatening if I don't pay.
The message the person sent had a spoofed email address, but I guess this "hacker" doesn't know about tracing server routes. (a very basic trouble shooting tool)
I found the ISP it came from and sent them a copy of the message along with a nice "Do something about this user, or I will" message to the domain administrator.
Often I get a message back saying something like "thank you for contacting us about this, and rest assured action will be taken"
It's a crapshoot that anything will be done, but sometimes the sender does pay for their play.
