Talked to Howard at TF yesterday
Heads will be ready to ship by end of month. They have already had a production run and he has seen a number of sets of heads around that have been produced
Pricing will be very similar to the Big Block heads
Expect top of the line solid roller springs and Ti retainer assembled pairs to be in the neighborhood of about 2200 bucks.
Down to around 1900 bucks for hydralic cam setup heads
Intake will be available shortly AFTER heads ship

Great news. I know you have been chomping at the bit for a set.

He might not be the only one. Patience is a virtue we have learned to accept whenever a new and improved product is announced, because the problem is it's coming just not yet.

Thanks for the info, is there any flow #s ect.

Only according to TF.....

Was talking to Dwayne( Porter racing heads) yesterday who has a very “ conservative” bench.
He said the Trick Flow big block stuff flowed really close to what his findings were, along with other heads they produce as well.
Take that for what its worth, but Dwayne is very well known and has flowed lots of heads. Many that dont “ line up” with advertized numbers he has found as well
He also said there stuff can be run out of the box

The trick flow big block head flowed close to advertised on many bench's.
trick flow heads are the real deal.

Again I will offer up free flow testing for a small block TrickFlow head to anyone local with air speed check included. I check my bench with a calibrated flow orface before testing all and any heads. Sorry but shipping is a hassle locally for me so that’s why I always say local only

As we wait for TF small block heads to come out I am wondering if anyone knows anything about Rapom heads made in Germany?

I really can’t find jack on them but did a little reading on them (In German) and they seem to look like a Edelbrock rip off. Could be Chinese heads rebadged for all I know?!?!

I have a lot of difficulty reading German.

must be a very creative seller, what a ingenious name ;-) These are the ProComp Castings as far as i know, for sure not made over here.

I´m pretty sure it will be worth waiting for the TrickFlow heads.....waiting for some real world data :)

Now that you mention it, what does “rampon” mean or suggest. “Rip off” head as in copy cat?
LMAO

Do they use standard rocker gear? And probably normal la pattern valve covers not the magnum. Thx

Please post what you find when you get a set tested, I'm in for a set if there as good as they look on paper.

Trick flow is calling me to get a set. I was number 2 on the list.
Due to some health issues my new motor build is currently on the back burner
If somebody wants to take my spot, PM me
