We get packages thrown in the ditch, mail in the wrong boxes, missing first class mail from almost two weeks in the past, no regular carrier, and on and on. I just complained to my Congressional Representative two days ago. They are looking into it. Most our problems don't stem from the national level, but our specific zip code branch. They NEVER answer the phone. You have to lodge a complaint at the USPS web site to get a call. Then, if you happen to miss the call, they will not answer the phone. When you do get them, they act like they don't believe what all is going on and give you a standard rehearsed response starting with "Informed delivery is no guarantee of when you get your mail". No ****, Sherlock. Where's the guarantee it's gonna at least be put in the right fuckin mailbox?
