That looks great! is it base/clear or single stage? Also where'd you get the paint? I'm getting ready to do my 66 and am likely going with the stock WW1. I hope it turns out half as nice as yours.
Trying a new one of these because at elevated engine speeds, it doesn't look like all that much coolant is rushing past the open radiator cap. We shall see....

I figured out a way to check the fuel pump lobe on the cam with a small piece of wooden dowel. I had 1/4 inch of movement bumping it over with the starter. I later checked my old cam and found the lobe has just 1/4 inch of lift, so the lobe on the cam is OK even though the pushrod wore down 1/4 inch.

Installed rc14yc photos are after 80 miles. The 12's were loading up.
Put on a little bit of "quiet" and street shoes for the avatar. The Woodward Dream Cruise is about a week away and this car likes to play in some action too. He can't let his 71 340 brother have all the attention!!

Definately don't want to DQ to melt
New leaf spring shackel bushings on my lastest project. A couple were missing and the hangers were bolted on with some 1/4/20 bolts, nuts and washers...not lock from Home Depot.
I upgraded that stuff to some 3/8 grade 8 bolts, nuts, lock washers and torqued it all to specs. There were no back shocks so I had some air shocks laying around to put on for temps, but first had to switch the shock plates because the were on backwards, at least the shackels were new so they came off easy especially since they weren't that tight, let alone torqued. Thats what led me to the shackel bushings, funny thing is the guy I bought the car from was "gonna make a race car"

Picked up a new to me truck! 2005 Ram 1500 V6. $3000.00
My new harnesses were delivered a few days ago, but it's been too freaking hot to try to install them. 102 - 104 every day, and with the humidity, it makes it feel 111- 113.
Also received my refurbished AC control module.
If you don't mind, who did you have rebuild the AC control module?

Went to a car show (Utica Gasoline Alley) in support of a little boy with a rare form of brain cancer.
Lots of cars in attendance (until the rains came) but only a few of us got VIP parking (my own private porta-potty
