Those look awesome!! How much of the 6oz did you use one the two bumpers. And what'd you apply it with? Finally done.
Since I'm not using a booth, I ended up sanding the top coat with k800 and laying down another coat of 2K black bringing the total to 3. This ensures that the base is perfectly flat and it removes any fine dust or crud that landed on the bumpers as they were drying.

Then it came time to lay the Alsa chrome paint on. This took some practice to get the fluid/air pressure correct, but at $160.00 per 6oz (not fluid oz) I couldn't practice much. This stuff is hideously expensive!
But damn, it laid down nicely! They're still baking in the sun. Evidently the longer they're in the sun, the more shiny they get.
I will top this with 2K clear in about 2 weeks. That'll protect the chrome coat.
Overall I'm very happy with how these came out. I held them next to the spare chrome bumpers I've got, and I couldn't tell the difference unless I touched them. Highly recommend this stuff.

Ok, time to fuel your body for another 5 to 6 hours, yep, on the road would not suit me.I see this started at 7:22. I was on the road to work and just now got a chance for a quick break. So I try to check in. I have no idea how many cups of coffee I have had by this point. And Rani....no fair going back to bed!
Jump back in and keep us updated please pleaseWorking on installing this Bad Boy. Not the direction I wanna go. But I've run out of options
