What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

Made a neat little valve spring compressor from a $4 HF C clamp and some scraps to harvest the valves for another set of heads.
Replaced the worn out 7260/727 driveshaft yoke, with a new 7290 from Doctor Diff on my 70 Duster. Then I finished the morning putting some new side markers on my 74 Duster.

Went to a Car show I have never gone to before for Hall County GA. Sheriffs Association in conjunction with AMD and Eddy Bear! They awarded top 25 by Participate votes and "Best Of'S were chosen
by AMD and Eddy Bear Staff! Missed the Best Mopar but did get Best Interior! Best Mopar went to a very Worthy 71 Charger! Got another Show I have never done again tomorrow about 10 miles up the road from today!
The weather is so nice you just have to take advantage of it and get some miles in!

Stunned to see how much...."stuff" came out of the frame rails, prepping for paint

Stayed up all night Saturday after the car show Anticipating Spacex Starship Test Flight 5 from Boca Chica Texas! Polished the Centerline wheels a bit while nervously waiting the highly expected booster catch maneuver
everyone was saying is impossible! No way you can catch 250' of 30' diameter booster with 20 tons of fuel left screaming towards a 500' tower with a pair of chop sticks! Well the engineers at Spacex pulled it
off on the first attempt! Lots of yelling and enthusiasm in my Garage! Quick Double of my favorite Peach moonshine and off to bed, another car show at 2PM.

Hoped to get a best Mopar they were giving 2! But Very nice 66 Satellite and a sweet 69 Dart GTS 340 got those honors! Did get a Top 15 for a Two Award Back to Back Weekend. The ride down 985 at 75 MPH was uplifting
and the car was smooth as glass! Lots of folks honking as I cruised on past!

Another Saturday and Yet another show! Will have some down time in December and the some regular maintenance.

Maybe swap out the rear wheels for ones with more BS and tuck those Tires a bit!

Went looking for my iWatch last Monday after the show on Sunday and did the Find My. Well one reason I like to stay off Interstates is it keeps my speed down. The magnetic band on an iWatch
is not rated to 75MPH! I know where it came off wonder if survived?

Got the seat cover on the RR and got the seat back in. Only took me a month to do it. Damn life, always getting in the way!

My wife's birthday was today. She wanted to take a ride to the beach, so being the smart husband I am, I took her. It's been beautiful here.

Took mine out for a ride today, just barely legal. I have been working on this car on weekends for just shy of 2 years. All that is left is the interior, outside door handles and the side stripes. Noce day today, just couldn't wait any longer

Went to a car show today. 68 total cars and THREE Demons. :thumbsup: And no Dusters.:( Pretty unlikely odds I'd say!
