Turbo action is down here in Florida.
The last custom convertor I bought from PTC was 450ish$$.
And PTC is in Fla last I knew.

ok let me ask you this is turbo action, Hughes, and Hays a good converter for the street because ultimately that is where the car will spend a lot of the timeLess expensive converters tend to slip a lot at higher rpms. On the street you will not notice until the Chevy blows right on by! I’m not saying they all slip, but my experience yes. A good custom converter will launch hard and keep pulling through the gears. Spend the money once not three times!
10/4 that.I run a turbo action, better than the other two brands. Just my opinion.

YOur best bet would be to spend 99$ and a make a couple dyno pulls with the car before you order.
I'd guess if you call with your specs you'll get (and be happy with) a 9.5" - 10" vert with a 3500ish stall.
Just call a reputable company and honestly give them all the info you can.
yes this engine will be put on the dyno....I think that will be the best at the end of the day and it will take a lot of guess work out of it.He could put all his specs through a dyno program. The more info in the better info out. It's not perfect, but it would get him close enough, IMO if he gave enough info to the program.
