IPA's, can't stop drinking them.

Turned 21 and tried everything I could get my hands on. I like dark beers, porters, stouts, bock, double bock. Had all the ales and lagers I could find, each Friday was a hunt for something new. But I'm the end, I became a Hop Head. IPA's come in so many varieties, I can get a sweet, or tart, or piney, hazy, fruity, brew, or all in one!

I prefer a nice Double IPA, that isn't overly bitter, with a nice smooth finish. Summit Hop Silo was one of my favorites.

Stone makes some killer IPA's, and their Arrogant Bastard Ale is often stocked in my fridge. Usually beer of late is Goose Island IPA.

But I'll still drink anything, my neighbor offers up his Busch Light, and I can't be rude.

Beer made me rotund; I quit in 94. It took about 6 years to get down to 180 again.
Then I found sugar-pop.......
and it didn't take long to put it back on.
But I'm at 210/215 now and holding. And anyone can see it's all muscle.lol

My wife got back into it about a year ago..... IDK, but she might be heavier than me now........ I don't say nothing; I learned my lesson the first time. Besides; lady-fat jiggles pretty sweetly, and sorta feels like marshmallows.

When I was a kid growing up my mom would tell never drink beer "It tastes like horse piss" to quote the ole farm girl. So one day I asked her just how did she know what horse piss tasted like anyway????
She says when raised on a big farm that plowed with horses and with 9 other older brothers and sisters, there are some things you just LEARN. LOL

Good enough for my grandpa makes it good enough for me!

Blue Ribbon beer for blue collar folks.

Unfortunately the hipsters have driven up prices on my beloved blue ribbon in recent years, but at least it is now found on tap at more establishments than it used to be. Used to be able to get a flat of pounders for $15. Not anymore.

To Hell with your Mountains, Show me your Busch... I like dark beers hate messing with bottles, they play hell with the can crusher, I stick with Busch Lite its a cheap and effective means to an end...lol

Favorite of all is Paulaner Oktoberfest but is seasonal and takes effort in my area to acquire. Favorite lawn mowing, wrenching in garage or around a bonfire beer is Point Special Lager, but is only available after our trips up to Wisconsin for family visits where we also stock up on cases of Schiltz, another favorite. Otherwise just quaff cheap Busch or Rolling Rock......mmmmm beer:thumbsup:

I tend to like root beer I. B. C. brand, (International Beverage Corporation) more than regular beer, but i tend to go and get a 6 pack of Modelo, every so often.

I'm not a fan of IPA's, too bitter. I do enjoy a Saison now and then, but they are hard to find. I'll drink anything besides Budwiser, that gives me a wicked headache.

Budweiser blows chunks. Ever since they were bought out by that Belgian? company several years ago, it's never been the same. I was never a big fan anyway, but it was better than some of the other mainstream beers.

No I’ve never heard of it. But then I really don’t drink much at all. I keep Miller Lite just for friends that come over. If I drink a 6 pack a year I’m drinking to much.

That's sorta how I am. Sometimes I'll dring a good bit. Then other times.....I've gone two or three years without anything. I've had beer go bad in the fridge and had to pour it out. Sometimes, I just ain't in the mood.
