Where to get pre bent exhaust pipes and any suggestions on how to swage them to fit over mufflers?

Thanks. The MIG is what I have to work with.
Kern, are you planning to do a continuous spot weld technique with a bit higher heat setting to weld up your but joints?

I may try these or make my own version of them. This with my chop saw for straight cuts looks like it should work. Spot weld them in place and then remove to fully weld.

Here's a large selection of welding fixtures on Esty.

Some exhaust tubing at reasonable prices here, but it's high quality stainless. We can get away with mild steel here in California from Summit. don't forget to drill weep holes at the bottom of the pipes in a few places to drain condensation.

Adding an ovalized cone instead of a factory style exhaust tip really improves the exhaust note, much like the flared ends of musical instruments. It somehow sweetens the sound to the human ear. Those ancients knew a thing or two.

Summit has these for a reasonable price. I'm grabbing 2.

I second, taking them to a local muffler shop to get the ends expanded to the right size. Take everything so you know the parts will fit back at home.
You can take the car back to the muffler shop to have them MIG weld the system together.

Hey Kerndog, That simple expander from Harbor Frieight works fine with a good impact gun and lubing up the inside of the pipe to be expanded. I have gotten away from those slip fits with the horseshoe clamps because I don't like the way it deforms the pipe and makes it difficult to remove. I have been using the sanitary flanges that you weld on from Robert James Sales here locally and they are stainless ! carry on
