ok I figured it out where the intake runners meet the head is also angled. So when you tighten down the intake to the head its all square.

Yes it is also angled milled 2.9 degrees with the lower side on the drivers side

I have a problem no horn and I don't know what this steering wheel came off of. It's currently on my 71 Swinger. Can you ID it and tell me what I need to make the horn work ?
