numbers matching is all numbered parts are on the car, i.e. motor, tranny, and the dash VIN, fender tag, build sheet and all body numbers match. survivor is usually 85% paint plus all parts correct. normal replacement parts like belts, hoses etc are allowed to be replaced for driving safety...
