    How does

Sorry guys, I was assuming a Manual trans car.

    How does

Mine is a Hurst shifter with 3/8 - 24 thread that the shifter knob threads on. I believe this is the factory shifter that came with the car, 65 Barracuda.

    For 65 barracuda interior

Thanks Mike, yup I have a working horn and a shift knob. Mostly I use the cup holders but the storage is a nice touch.

    For 65 barracuda interior

It has Velcro that sticks to the carpet. But it does fit real tight in between the seats so it doesn't move around at all.

    For 65 barracuda interior

Yup, and it's fits perfectly. I had to loosen the set bolts off a bit then Jam the console in but it fits. And they have a few different build options. Mine came from classic consolers but it is the same.

'65 Barracuda Interior moldings under rear window

I've owned 3 early Barracudas and have never seen a plastic cover over the rear vents. It's always been body color. I've had a 64 and 2 65 cars in the past and none of them had that plastic cover. Don't know the production date of the 64 so I can't help in that way.

2 types of Doug headers for early 64 to 66 Valiants ??

When I did mine I had fitment problem as the car had to thick of motor mounts. The previous owner had installed the wrong motor mounts when he swapped the 340 in the car. He ended up putting the old 273 exhaust manifolds back on. Once I had purchased the car I tried to put the Doug's in (D450)...

What Differential Do You Have in Your 1965 Barracuda?

That’s what I’m running behind a 360 magnum crate motor with 3:23’s. I believe the 273 4barrel motors received 8 3/4 diffs under warranty if they blew up the 7 1/4.

    BELLHOUSING FLYWHEEL AND CLUTCH

Brewer's performance has the torque shaft that will work, that is what I am running with the 10.5 bell. For the 10.5 bell in an early A you need to flatten the firewall to floor pan seam. After that no clearance issues. The linkage is real tight fit if you run headers. I'm running TTI and it's...

Project "Chihuahua" '65 Formula S Restoration "Estilo Mexicano"

Also to stop the fuel splash back you can install a fuel tank sentry in the filler tube to stop this splash back from happening. I bought mine on Amazon and works great.

Project "Chihuahua" '65 Formula S Restoration "Estilo Mexicano"

My 65 Barracuda did come with the rear courtesy lights in the back and an under dash light as well. Good luck with the rest of the pending stuff.

    '64 Valiant Drag Car Find

Wow I love it. I'd drag that home in a moment, especially for $1500. Not sure how long a 7 1/4 will last with a big tired 360 though!

65 Barracuda front fender emblems placement

Yes those are the emblems. I bought that fender and was told it was from a Commando car as the guy did have those emblems. But now I'm thinking the fender only had a V8 emblem on it.

65 Barracuda front fender emblems placement

65 Barracuda front fender emblems placement

This should help you with the Commando V8 emblem I didn't take any measurements for the Barracuda emblem but if no one else comes up with any I'll get some for you.

65 barracuda interior metal and trim steps

Not sure if you are using your old sail panel backing or not, But that has to go in first and must be trimmed so the metal trim can fit over it. I have a bunch of pictures that I had taken when I did my interior. Sail panel glued in. Now you have to put the metal trim against it to trim away...

    1966 Plymouth Valiant

Great job on the body work. When I did my rear quarters I painted the inside of the quarters with Eastside's rust converter just to give it a coat of protection.
