Red Headed Stepchild-75 Swinger LSX Swap

That will definitely help. It surely enhances the look also. I’ve mini tubbed mine and narrowed the rear end. I have 295/50R15’s on there now. I think i can squeeze 325’s. My tubs ended up right at 14” wide.

Red Headed Stepchild-75 Swinger LSX Swap

Awesome build. Great skills. Building it the way that makes you happy. Two thumbs up. The turbo builds are intriguing. Someday. I do have a couple of questions...maybe I missed it, (I’m pretty sure I looked at all 28 pages) but do you have subframe connectors and torque boxes installed? Do you...

Nice project. Some challenges ahead, but it will be cool. Do you have a trunk pan lined up already?

    68 valiant signet

Valiants are definitely my favorite A body. Love the direction you’re taking with yours. The tunnel ram looks killer too. Will yours ever see the drag strip or only the street?

    3 Generation Project

Rear brake lines done. Made a bracket to hold the T block. Didn’t need a grade 8 nut and bolt, but it’s what I had on hand.

    68' Valiant 4 door

Great looking project. Has the vintage air been a pretty straight forward install? I want to put one in my Valiant as well.

    3 Generation Project

Yes. Unfortunately these tires are dead. Sat in storage in Texas heat for too long. Good for mock up and rolling around.

    3 Generation Project

Thanks. Yes this is just mock up. I was so excited just to see it on the ground I just grabbed a wheel and bolted it on.

Beautiful car. Valiant rule. The motor sounds awesome. You're inspiring me to work faster on mine.

    3 Generation Project

I'm not sure I have welding "skills", lol. This first ever build is all learn as I go. I shoot for functional, safe welds. Sometimes they're pretty, most times they're just functional. So I take it you're sourcing out the mini tubbing? Maybe take the frames when getting it tubbed and have them...

    67 valiant redo

US Car Tool has great products in my opinion. We used a kit. Front and rear torque boxes, frame connectors, core support brace, drive shaft loop, and inner fender braces. They all fit our Valiant very well.

    4-speed Swap

Cole, a four speed in that car will be so much fun. Great idea. I've got a few things more to do to mine, then the four speed rebuild begins for me. Can't wait to see you're progress.
