Well i wish i would of read warnings and posts on here about headers before i put a set on my car. Sure my super comps look and sound great but the driver side has already scraped the ground twice and a chunk of metal out of them what a piss off. I hope they last the summer. Not about to change...

what do you mean limit the initial? this is changing the springs in the distributor? it starts ok at about 950 rpms, but I'm getting a bit of a stumble or rough idle occasionally,i must be at least 30 degrees advanced the timing the mark is under the water pump so i need to get timing tape...

Yes i just wanted to make sure. I new it would be advanced just wasn't sure how much with the mild cam it seems to idle fairly well but until i get it on the street for a test drive then i can do some final tweaking. I tried advancing it to like 20 and it seem to idle better around 12 or 15...

I have the Kelsey Hayes 4 piston calipers on my 72 340 duster, they are in rough shape. I was able to get them apart but two or three of the pistons are pitted and need to be replaced including all the seals etc. Is it worth it to rebuild them or is there a caliper I can buy to just replace...

The whole stainless kit was $170 with shipping and I had it shipped to family members house in NY about 35 minutes from me total duty was 20 dollars so a complete stainless brake line kit was under $200 not bad deal id say! No hassle just install it :-)

Well just finished installing my new brake line kit from "the right stuff" the fit and finish was really good and they shipped it in like 2 days. They were very knowledgeable on the phone an all around excellent experience I highly recommend them!

Yes exactly what friend said good advice, so i did that made sure all was clean. Im thinking it may be bad out of the box I have put on holleys before and right out of the box hardly touched them and worked great for years!

I did not check fuel pressur, I do know its getting plenty of fuel i can see it out of the squirters fine and in the in fuel filter. I checked the site holes for the floats and followed holley instructions etc it should just trickle out when site is removed and that exactly what its set at?

this is a brand new out of the box holley 600 dbl pumper mechanical secondaries manual choke carb. the vacuum line under front bowl came plugged and i left it that way. Not sure what screw you mean but i went over the whole carb and made sure everything was snug.

Hmm not sure whats the cause may be some of you know? I can easily fire my engine up it runs for a 30 seconds or so and sounds good then dies then will not start again untill I manually pump the the throttle linkage on the carb and again it will fire right up? if I try to keep it going it bogs...
