I did have to grind away some of the Challenger cluster body where the alignment pins for the lens' are on the outer upper left and right corners of the cluster. Also had to grind away some material on the back side of the Rallye Bezel where the Cluster was a little larger than the space... I...

Unlike an actual 3D printer, I had to keep adding and sanding material multiple times... There is a little bit of ABS sheet at the top and bottom to help bridge the gaps and then filled over and in between.

A little more progress today after spending the last couple days working on the yard. Some glaze and a lot more sanding... Then finally some Sem high build primer. A couple boo-boos but they will get sanded out before painting. Totally stoked at how this is turning out so far.

I'll find out when I get my Dash Frame back from my painter... I don't think it will be an issue though.

Not quite there but getting closer to the shape I want. I think it is turning out even better than I hoped. Couple more rounds of filler and sanding and the whole thing will be ready for paint and woodgrain treatment. A comparison of an uncut original and my work in progress. Who knows...

Looks Great! Love the look of Duster Stripes. Thought the 71, 72 or 73 Duster stripes would look good on a 69 Barracuda Fastback with the Hemi callout. Decided to just stick with the 69 Barracuda stripe with no engine callout.

What do you think about a removeable weather tight socket? Especially if the socket could be removed without removing the Chrome Bezel. Easier to change bulbs. Just a thought.

The bulb can actually extend past the end of the socket an ~1/8-1/4 of an inch (Not measured, eyeballed) with the shape of the lens being concaved/convexed outwards... if you know what I mean...

67 used short Bezels 69 used long Bezels Mounting holes are in the same location for both years. Either will bolt up to either year but short is correct for 67 and long for 69.
