    Cold air intake?

It's the same setup used on the w series Oldsmobile. It helps a little but you'd be better off with a smooth tube going from air filter to intake (silicon hose attached for flex). The less turbulence the better.

    Replacing Fuel Tank, Lines, Tube...Suggestions?

Use a baffled fuel tank, it will stop the fuel gauge from bouncing around in high brake turns etc. As far as replacing it, hope the tank is almost empty (makes life solo much easier!).

vandalized fuel system how bad is it?

Yes you can do it yourself. Worst case you have to replace the tank if any got in it and you can get it out. If you have to replace your tank, order one with baffles in it.

    Fuel tank, gauge question???

It changes on hill and curves because the tanks don't have baffles in them. Buy a new tank with baffles an that problem goes away

    Hood Scoops.

Just make a cold and warm air doors. If its raining (or bad weather) you close the door and it sucks air from the engine compartment, if the weather is good open the cold air door in better weather and it sucks in outside cold air. Think a like how a shaker or air grabber works.
