1973 Plymouth Scamp modified to look like a 70 Dart Swinger 340.

Maybe I was just lucky but I used the Duplicolor paint. Going on 10 years and still looks great. No peeling or flaking.

Made a torque strap from stainless. Bolts from head to frame. No problems with engine rocking.

You do not need the 73 sticker for New York plate. I have a 73 Scamp and have the plate with no sticker. Albany told me it was the transition year for the new plates to come out so I didn't need one. The plates have to have a sticker if it's the years 66 to 72. Fred B
