I did a Painless kit on my 1970 Duster and except for the Rally dash wiring I found it to be well laid out and labled. This was my first rewire job and had little problems. Just read the instructions first. To each his own just my thoughts.

Oh my god nails? Go to autozone in the battery cable section and they have caps that go over your battery posts and they will solve your problem. Please stay away form the 1960 fix it nail idea. For less than 3.00 you solve the problem and you never know they are there. Have a great summer...

I put one on my duster when i rewired the entire car and i love it. Go to autozone and for not much you also get a lifetime warranty on it. It made wiring the car alot easier. If you know anyone that wants a original alt. Send them my way. I've got 2 collecting dust.

Can sommeone tell me how to test a Fuel sending unit when it is out of the tank and on my work bench. The one I have reads full all the time and when I run out of gas I know it Ain't full no more. Thanks in advance. Steve

Man am I so glad I installed a ONE WIRE unit on my duster. It works so good and less wires. If you try it I bet you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. It won't work for you number perfect folks I know so hold the mad mail down guys. I don't want mine perfect just fast and simple.

I Did A Painless Rewire Install In My Duster And It Was A Very Nice Clean Kit. I Think They Haave Kits For Anything You May Need. I Did My Entire Car Bumper To Bumper And I Am No Expert By A Long Shot. Hope This Helps. Also Get You A Wiring Diagrahm ( Before ) You Start.
