The o2 sensors in the front are the ones you need to worry about for fuel metering, the rear ones are intended to monitor cat efficency and if they are anything like my dakota's were they could be pulled and hung from the frame rail with no detriment to anything. I agree with other opinions...

When is it popping? Under torque? I had a recall for my SRT Caliber regarding the LCA bolts and that is what they were doing..they would pop whenever the suspension was rapidly unloaded/loaded under torque. Just throwing it out there. If the wheel is toed out, that's definitely not good.

Man, all I can say is I'm sorry bud. I had some problems with my marriage maybe 8 years ago and it was the sickest feeling in the world to deal with. Don't worry about those toys...they're replaceable. I wouldnt give that stuff too much thought. it's not really important.

A lot of these were done that way when they were plentiful though. I wouldnt think twice about cutting up for example a newer charger for something like that now considering they are like assholes...everyone's got one...or a ram 1500. Food for thought.

Exactly, and this is why i love those CSR/summit/jegs type billet water necks with an o-ring instead of a gasket. You can take them on and off in seconds and they seal easily with no problem. Perfect for that purpose. Pricey, but worth the headache.

Other than the mashed rear quarter I see, it looks like a good car. And truth be told, event he quarter looks like it can be fixed without replacement. go for it. It's a project car. a grand is cheap. It could be a really nice car when done. I dont see any lesser value in my mind with a 4...

Yeah those are the mopar version of the autometer cobalts. I didnt know the needle glowed such a bright red! I have a whole set of the auto meter branded ones sitting here. havent used them yet. Nice to know how cool they look!
