I have a guy that owns a body shop and he wants me to install a top on a dart. My question is does the glass have to be out of the car? I'm pretty sure it does just not sure.

Well you can sand it with 180 grit paper, fill any scratches or dings with glazing putty and spray it with some high build. Wet sand it with 400 followed by 600 until all of the imperfections are gone. Spray it with sealer and spray color.

Yup Epoxy or Etch is the way to go over bare metal. Remember to wipe it down with wax and grease remover a couple time before you spray.

Does anybody make door skins for a 68 barracuda? I cant find any on the web. My passenger door has a large dent in the center and the indirect damage spreads to most of the door.

We learned out here at WyoTech the most automakers are using it now. They say is stronger than welding. The door skins on my comp car were adhesive bonded.

I welded them up at work, cant even see the seam. I impressed myself and my boss.

I just received a pan from rockauto and the first thing that I noticed was two cuts in the front, I guess they did this because they couldnt shrink it enough. Is this normal?

Well it must be a rare car because the fender tag decoded said it had a white vinyl top! I think once I have it drive able Ill get it down to my bosses shop and see what ha can do.

It's really sloppy an the seam itsnt strait. It was covered with a sloppy bondo job and the other side is not like that. It's also misaligned at the trunk seam, it's wide at one end an narrow at the other.
