Possible problem on carb draining....saw the same thing on a friends car, it was a six pak setup also, drove him crazy...turned out to be a small casting flaw in the carb that was allowing the fuel to seep over a period of a couple days

Unless you are in search of perfection run additional wires with in line fuseholders.

I had a similar problem years ago and it was a partially wiped cam lobe.

The external dimensions on the 2 1/8 manifolds are the same as the 1 7/8 except for the outlet area is slightly different on the outlet on the drivers side.

What is the offset on your wheels? I have measured six ways to Sunday for my Dart with stock 14 Rallye wheels and am pretty sure I can only get 235/60r14 under there without modifications.
