I agree but-some people can't hook up a radio. It is not hard to hook up wrong and blow out the radio's output. Some people are leery/afraid of anything electrical. Most do not have a bench supply to run a radio off of. I would not recommend hooking to the battery unless you know what you are...

I would go for a 67-69 GTS. With the GTS hood on it it looks like a Road Runner, just smaller. And with the 340 you can have a good handling car as well as power.

Which kind of parts are you looking for? The flathead six still has most available. I got mines pistons (forged) from TRW.

I know I love the power of my 440+6, it's like a 426 Hemi in that as high as you rev it it wants more. I did put in 454 heads with over sized valves and a bigger cam

Isn't the current hemi based on the 318 SB?
